Cancelation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we have a no hassle 48-hour cancellation policy. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, and no shows, are charged in full.
We do not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The Company will assess the weather, and should it be determined the conditions are unsafe to rent, the rental may be postponed, or it will be canceled. If a trip is canceled by us for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the rental. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund…
If PWC leaves the dock, no refunds will be issued.

You smell like Beer, Booze, or Weed – you’re not riding
All renter’s must be 21 years old or older, have a valid government issued Photo I.D. and a valid CREDIT CARD in their name
$250 charge for capsized PWC’s – a capsized PWC must be removed from the water, hull drained and cleaned, air filter changed, spark plugs replaced, possible oil change, and all electronics must be dried and cleaned
If you do not bring the jet ski back within the time frame designated, a $50 late charge for every 15 minutes will be deducted from the $250 deposit.
You must know how to swim!
Two guests are allowed per jet ski and the total weight cannot exceed 360 lbs. (225 kg)
If born after 9/1/1993 you must take a TPWD boater’s education course ($11) and provide proof (certificate) or purchase the 15-day boater’s ed deferral ($10)
You must be able to fit into a Coast Guard approved PFD / life vest to ride.
Rental begins at agreed upon reservation time. Please allow ample time to park, gather belongings, and sign necessary paperwork. We cannot prorate for late arrivals.
